StayFresh Refund Policy
At StayFresh, we take pride in delivering high‑quality trash bin cleaning services that leave your bins sanitized, deodorized, and looking their best. Because our service is performed on‑site and completed at the time of your appointment, all sales are final.
No Refunds
StayFresh does not offer refunds for completed services. Trash‑can cleaning is a labor‑based service, and once the cleaning has been performed, the work cannot be undone or returned.
Service Satisfaction
If you feel your bins were not cleaned properly, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly review the issue and, if necessary, schedule a complimentary re‑cleaning to ensure your satisfaction.
Damage Policy
Refunds or compensation will only be issued if:

Your trash cans were damaged while in our care,

And the damage is proven to be caused directly by our equipment or cleaning process.
Stay Fresh is not responsible for:

Cracks, warping, or wear caused by normal use or weather

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with proper notice. Same‑day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
